Our Story
The farmers of Shekhawati have created a special identity across the country on the basis of innovation and experimentation. Now these innovations of farmers are reaching every village. As a result, farmers are taking the path of commercial farming after reading from them. Dainik Bhaskar is introducing the readers to the stories of such farmers on the occasion of Farmer’s Day. Rasidpura resident Amit Fanin left an annual package of Rs 18 lakh in the UK and joined the dairy business in the village. Today he is saving Rs 2.5 lakh every month. It has given employment to 50 people. Fannin explains that he obtained a master’s degree in Dairy and Food Processing from Birmingham, United Kingdom. But his desire to work in the country always drew him to the village. He started dairy business in the village. Today about 700 liters of milk is produced every day from more than 100 cows.

There is a lot of demand for the milk of his dairy among the high class people. This is the special thing about hi-tech dairy. In dairy, the animals are given only the animal food grown in the farm. Each cow has a sensorized device on its neck strap. An alarm sounds when there is a difference in the animal’s temperature. Apart from this, due to the direct recording in the computer, the doctor gets the complete history of the animal’s health. Due to which accurate treatment can be done. Automatic milking points have been made for milking the animals. Where 12 cows are milked simultaneously. This milk goes to BMC through pipes.
